About the role
We're looking for a proactive, people-oriented Junior Executive/Executive for our People & Culture Department. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment across various positions, along with supporting employee engagement and HR initiatives to build a positive, productive workplace culture.
What you'll do
- Drive Full-Cycle Hiring: Execute end-to-end recruitment for Software Developers, International Sales Executives, BDAs, and support staff.
- Source Actively: Hunt for top talent daily using LinkedIn, job portals, university networks, and professional groups.
- Screen & Filter: Review CVs and run initial phone interviews to evaluate English proficiency, communication skills, sales aptitude, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate Assessments: Organize written tests, group assessments, and mock interviews.
- Manage Schedules: Conduct interviews for junior roles and coordinate schedules with department heads for senior technical and business roles.
- Build Pipelines: Maintain a constant flow of qualified candidates to meet continuous staffing demands.
- Track Candidate Data: Keep recruitment trackers, candidate files, and the company career portal strictly up to date.
- Manage Offers & Onboarding: Handle candidate communication, reference checks, appointment letters, and the day-one joining process.
- Process Documentation: Assist with standard HR paperwork across the employee lifecycle, including confirmation letters, NOCs, and experience letters.
- Organize Events: Support team-building initiatives, cultural programs, birthday celebrations, and recognition events.
- Address Concerns: Act as a helpful first point of contact for employee queries, coordinating with relevant stakeholders for resolutions.
What we're looking for
• BBA majoring in HR
• Strong spoken English required
• 1–2 years' experience in talent acquisition & employee engagement; BPO/sales recruitment experience is added advantage
• Experience in high-volume recruitment and telesales hiring preferred
• Strong communication skills; comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proficient with recruitment trackers, Google Sheets/Forms, MS Office, and sourcing platforms
