3. AI processing

To save you time and assist our recruiters, parts of your profile and uploaded resumes may be processed by trusted third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic Claude and OpenAI). This processing helps extract structured information from your resume and supports candidate evaluation. AI output is assistive only and does not make the final hiring decision on its own. We aim to share only the information needed for these features and do not use your data to train third-party models where that option is available to us.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Our internal hiring team and authorised administrators.
• Service providers who help us operate the Service, including hosting, email delivery, and AI processing providers.
• Authorities when required by law or to protect our rights and users.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to keep the Service secure. We may also use a privacy- friendly bot-protection service. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.

6. Data retention
