About the role
Position: Junior Laravel Developer
Grade: Jr. Executive
Experience: 1+ Year
Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 BDT
Office Time: Monday to Friday (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
Location: Baridhara J Block, Dhaka (On-site)
What you'll do
• Develop and maintain web applications using Laravel and PHP
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services
• Work with MySQL databases and implement business logic requirements
• Develop and enhance admin panels, dashboards, and internal tools
• Collaborate with senior developers, designers, and QA engineers
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices
• Troubleshoot bugs and improve application performance
• Implement user roles and permission management systems using Laravel's built-in authorization features
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
What we're looking for
• At least 1 year of professional experience with Laravel and PHP
• Good understanding of MVC architecture and object-oriented programming concepts
• Familiarity with REST API development and integration
• Basic knowledge of MySQL and database design principles
• Experience with Git version control
• Strong willingness to learn and improve technical skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver on time
