About the role
We are onboarding 4 trainees into our International Business Development team under the Growth division. You will set qualified meetings with UK and Australian companies through calls, email, LinkedIn, and modern outreach tools. We train you on the full process, from prospecting to booking. The program runs for 3 months. The strongest performers are retained and promoted to full executive roles.
What you'll do
- Research and build prospect lists of decision-makers at UK and Australian companies
- Run outreach across calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to book meetings
- Use AI tools to speed up prospecting, personalization, and follow-up
- Hit weekly activity and meeting targets set by the team lead
- Keep your CRM records clean and updated daily
- Apply training feedback fast and improve week over week
What we're looking for
- Neutral spoken English with clear pronunciation
- Active and consistent LinkedIn presence
- Working knowledge of AI tools for sales and productivity
- High energy, strong enthusiasm, and genuine eagerness to learn
- Comfortable with rejection and persistent on follow-up
- Open to all backgrounds, education levels, and experience as long as you fit the bar above
