About the role
Position Name: Trainee Executive / Jr. Executive, International Sales (Morning Shift)

Location: Baridhara J Block, Dhaka
Employment Status: Full-Time
Working Hours: 06 AM – 02 PM BD Time (For Male)
07 AM- 03 PM BD Time (For Female)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekend: Sunday (fixed)
What you'll do
- Make outbound calls, send texts, and emails to engage Australian customers and close sales.
- Smash daily call and sales targets to maximize your earnings.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and charm.
- Follow up on online sales and track orders until they’re delivered.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues to the right team members.
What we're looking for
- Fresh graduates with a thirst for success and a knack for sales (1–2 years of call center or customer service experience is a bonus but not required).
- Superb spoken English skills to connect effortlessly with Australian customers.
- Comfortable using computers and quick to learn tools like Salesforce and Auto Dialers.
- A go-getter who thrives under pressure and can juggle multiple tasks.
- Ready to work Fridays and occasional public holidays to keep the momentum going.
Benefits & perks
- BDT 18,000 in the first 1 month.
- After 1 month based of your performance, your salary will be BDT 20,000.
- Attendance Bonus BDT 1500
- Extra allowance if worked in Saturday
- Commission: Start at BDT 16,000 with no upper limit – the more you sell, the more you earn! Top earners frequently earn BDT 30,000-40,000 per month.
